Hitting triple 20 scores 60 — the highest single-dart score on the board — but the sections next to it score 1 and 5 if you miss slightly. Aiming for triple 19 instead scores 57 with safer neighbours. That calculation between maximum and reliable is what separates good darts players from great ones.
