About Minesweeper

Minesweeper is the all-time classic logic puzzle. Hidden across a 9×9 grid are ten mines, and your task is to open every safe cell without ever clicking a mine. Each safe cell you open shows a number — that number tells you exactly how many mines touch it.

Minesweeper is pure deduction. There is no luck once the board opens up; every number is a clue, and by reading them together you can prove which cells are safe and which are deadly. Flag the mines you identify, clear the rest, and the board is yours. It is one of the most satisfying "aha!" puzzles ever designed.

How to win

Start in the middle — it opens the biggest safe area.
A "1" touching exactly one unopened cell means that cell is a mine.
Use Flag mode to mark mines so you do not click them by accident.
Compare neighbouring numbers to deduce shared safe cells.
When truly stuck, choose the cell with the lowest mine odds.
